Woodland Adventures Outdoor Trails
The Stick Man Trail
Based on the popular children's book Stick Man*, written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler, this trail tells the story of Stick Man and his adventure back home to the Family Tree.
Our new Animal Trail is an opportunity for younger visitors to explore our site, searching for some of the different animals hidden in our memorials.
These trails are FREE of charge. Please collect your trail map from the Arboretum Welcome Desk.
Please note these trails will be taking place outdoors on our Arboretum grounds, so it is recommended that all participants wear appropriate footwear and clothing. At times this walk may deviate from the Arboretum's dedicated dog walking route, visitors wishing to participate in this activity are unable to bring dogs.
