A take-over Discovery Day hosted by US 1st Infantry Division Living History Group
The American troops have taken over our museum grounds - for one day only!
View their camp and learn about how the ‘Yanks’ prepared for D-Day. Displays from re-enactors and Living History Groups.
SPAM fritters are on the menu from Sipz & Bitez catering (other options available too). The 'Women's Voluntary Service' tea wagon will be open for a lovely cuppa, served up by museum volunteers.
Do you have a US display or vehicle suitable for this event?

Museum galleries included in entrance fee
