Visiting our city and district with limited mobility or additional needs
If you are a disabled blue badge holder you can park for free in disabled bays in Lichfield District Council owned car parks. The following city car parks have disabled parking bays and directions/maps are available from www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/carparkmap:

Sandford Street (WS13 6TU) 2 spaces
The Friary (WS13 6QE) 21 spaces
Birmingham Road, next to Lichfield City railway station (WS13 6HP) 1 space
District Council House (WS13 6HP) 1 space WEEKENDS ONLY
Birmingham Road bus station (WS13 6HP) 2 spaces
Birmingham Road multi-storey (WS13 6HP) 10 spaces
Redcourt (WS13 6JW) 3 spaces
Lombard Street lower (WS13 6DW) 5 spaces
Lombard Street upper and outside (WS13 6DW) 4 spaces
Shaw Lane (WS13 7AG) 2 spaces
Greenhough Road (WS13 7AW) 2 spaces
Please note - Gresley Row Car park (WS13 6JE) Backcester Lane middle level (WS13 6JH) are privately owned car parks and there are charges for disabled spaces.
Lichfield operates a Shopmobility service and hires out scooters and wheelchairs. Call 07779 333807 Tuesday - Saturday to book in advance.

All of our attractions and venues are committed to being as accessible as possible to everyone visiting our city and district.
