Get ready, Lichfield! After a stunning sell out show in early 2024, Bootleg Blondie, the world’s No.1 official tribute to Debbie Harry & Blondie, is coming back to the Guildhall on Friday, 7th February 2025.
This iconic band, established in 2001, is the only tribute to have performed alongside Blondie’s original members, legendary drummer Clem Burke and bassist Gary Valentine.
They've played at the historic CBGB in New York City, been featured on Blondie’s 11th studio album Pollinator, and even toured the UK with Clem Burke to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Parallel Lines!
Bootleg Blondie has wowed crowds at top venues and festivals, including the Isle of Wight Festival, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, and the Cavern Club. They’ve shared stages with acts like The Undertones, UB40, Slade, Heaven 17, and more!
Debbie Harris, lead vocalist of Bootleg Blondie, has the looks, the voice and the attitude of the original Blondie bombshell and like her heroine is typically outrageous on stage. She has been known to wear dustbin liners, thigh length boots and t-shirts with more holes than t-shirt! Debbie’s pride & joy is her guitar that she plays at every show and is signed by all the Blondie members.
Don’t miss your chance to experience their electrifying performance – a tribute so good, even Debbie Harry herself has given them her blessing! We can't wait to welcome back this incredible band.
