Join us for one of Lichfield’s biggest nights of the year as Proms in Beacon Park returns for an unforgettable evening of live music and entertainment.
Enjoy performances from the City of Lichfield Concert Band and the British Police Symphony Orchestra, with Danny Mizon returning as compere for the evening.
Come along early and make an evening of it. Our food and drink village and fun fair open from 3pm, with a fantastic selection of food and drink to enjoy while rehearsals take place. The City of Lichfield Concert Band will perform from 6.30pm, ahead of the main Proms programme.
Free to attend
Pre-booking has now closed, but Proms remains free to attend. You don’t need a ticket – simply turn up on the evening, find a spot in the general admission area and enjoy the event.
Bring your picnic blankets and chairs, or pick up something to eat and drink from our traders on the night.

Proms is a popular event and Beacon Park and the surrounding area will be busy, so please plan your journey before setting off. We encourage visitors to walk or use public transport where possible.
