🚶 Looking for a gentle way to get outdoors and connect with others?

Dawdle and Do is a welcoming weekly social session in Beacon Park combining a gentle walk with crafts, board games, refreshments and conversation.

Designed for anybody wanting to improve wellbeing, meet new people or simply enjoy some relaxed time outdoors, the sessions are friendly, informal and open to all.

There’s no pressure, no fitness expectations and no experience needed — just a warm welcome and good company.

Sessions include:

• a gentle guided walk
• crafts and activities
• board games
• tea, conversation and social time
