The Food and Drink Village opens from 3pm, with an afternoon of food, drink and entertainment before the main Proms programme begins at 6pm.
Bring a picnic blanket or chair, settle in with friends and family and enjoy one of Lichfield’s biggest nights of the summer.

Pre-booking has now closed, but Proms in Beacon Park remains free to attend – simply turn up on the evening and enjoy the event with us!

What should I bring?
Picnic, blankets or camping chairs. Dress for the weather – Proms goes ahead rain or shine.
Can I bring my dog?
Due to the crowds, live music and fireworks, we recommend leaving dogs at home.
Where can I park?
Dedicated event parking is available at Beacon Park for £5 per vehicle and can be booked in advance when purchasing your premium seating.
Alternatively, you can park in any of Lichfield city centre’s public car parks, just a short walk from Beacon Park.
What food and drink is available?
Our Food and Drink Village opens from 2pm, with a range of food and drink available to enjoy before and during the evening.
Do I need a ticket?
No. Pre-booking has now closed, but Proms remains free to attend. Simply turn up on the evening.
What happens if it rains?
Proms goes ahead in most weather conditions, so check the forecast and come prepared. Include your severe-weather position if you have one.
