National Forest Llama Treks
About
We offer guided walks and tours of beautiful areas within the National Forest and Peak District for families, groups and individuals.
The day will begin with an introduction to the llamas, where you will be given an opportunity to feed and groom the llamas. The walks will be approximately 5 miles on gentle terrain. As we walk, we will talk about the local history, flora and fauna of the area and trek site. Upon completing the trek, you will then return for a luxury 3 course picnic in our Mongolian yurt. Storytelling and creative workshops can also be included. We offer full and half day treks, excellent for birthday parties, school visits and care farm days. Brownies and Scouts are both welcome.
You feel calmer when you walk a llama.
